It's Aliiiiiive!!!

Yes, The Myers Family Blog is still alive. It's author has just been a little unmotivated, I suppose. We've been going through some things that are just a little too personal to share with all of blog-world, so we'll blame it on mom's laziness :) In my defense, we've had an insanely busy summer. Since my last post, we've been to Wisconsin for a wedding, Indiana for a long weekend while our very favorite South Carolina family were visiting, South Carolina for a rocking 1st birthday for that super cute nephew of mine, and Virginia for a wedding. We've also been to Justin's family's lake house for a couple of weekends to hang out. But, in all honesty...I'm just lazy :)

Unfortunately, in terms of cool tricks Owen has learned, it was a big two months to take off! He's gone from this...

A barely sitting up, jumperoo-loving chubby little six month old (p.s. the "headband" was not part of the outfit - it was Dad's attempt at making Owen look like Rocky), to a....

Pulling up, crawling all over place, attitude showing, in desperate need of a haircut eight and a half month old!!!

This has also happened since the last time we've "talked"...

Two great big front teeth! This is all he has for now, but he is seriously working on his top two.

I don't want to make any promises, but I will try to get you all caught up on what's going on with Owen in this next week :) Stay tuned...
